About the International Summit

The Order of Psychologists in the Republic of Albania and the American Psychological Association’s (APA) Office of International Affairs are delighted to welcome you to the International Summit on Psychology and Global Health: From Vision to Action on October 14-16, 2026 in Tiranë, Albania. The Summit will bring together leaders in psychology to advance the field by developing concrete evidence-based collaborations between organizations, universities and expert groups.

To ensure the Summit is a focused, engaging and productive meeting, we are inviting a select group of high-level leaders to participate. Building on prior Summit achievements, this meeting will engage early career and established leaders to advance the role of psychology to improve lives around the world. The meeting will consist of select expert presentations and will dedicate significant time to working groups with the aim of taking psychology to the next level on a global scale.
