Leisha Redmond McGrath

Leisha Redmond McGrath is a triple-Chartered Work and Coaching Psychologist based in Dublin, Ireland. For over 25 years, she has helped organisations and their leaders achieve their own definition of success, with a growing focus on wellbeing and sustainable practice—the subject of her current PhD. Leisha co-hosts the GPA podcast and has mentored with the Learning Leadership Institute. She is excited to be in Albania to co-facilitate at her second Summit.

Shanaé Cummings

Shanaé Cummings

Shanaé Cummings is a Licensed Associate Clinical Psychologist in Jamaica with nearly a decade of experience across clinical practice, programme management, public sector health, and mental health promotion. She leads Jamaica’s national employee assistance programme for the public sector, where she develops programme policy and protocols and oversees counselling, mediation, and psychoeducation services for government employees. In private practice, she provides trauma-informed psychological services. A two-time graduate of the University of the West Indies, she studied Psychology and Criminology before training as a clinical psychologist. An alumna of the Global Psychology Alliance (GPA) Learning Leadership Institute and a member of the GPA’s Mental Health Working Group, she now serves as one of the Lead Co-Facilitators for the 4th International Summit on Psychology and Global Health in Tirana, Albania.

Jennifer Ramasami

Jennifer Ramasami

Jennifer Ramasami is a pediatric pain psychologist at Cleveland Clinic Children’s, located in Cleveland, OH. She obtained her doctorate from Southern Illinois University and completed both her residency and post-doctoral fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. At her current institution, she serves as the Fellowship Training Director for the Division of Pediatric Behavioral Health. Outside of the Clinic, she is an active member on the Low and Middle-Income Countries Working Group for the International Association for the Study of Pain. Additionally, Jennifer was a part of the GPA Learning Leadership Institute as an Emerging Leader from 2022-2024 and currently serves on the 2026 Summit Planning Committee for GPA.
